"You like porn movies that much?" he grinned.

"Oh, i love you, silly man.." She smiled wide. "Nothing can be as good as it is with you, pornmovie or not.."

"Hmmm..really.." he smiled. "I love you too."

"Yeah... reeeally.." She pulled a hand through her hair.

"What would you like to do more?" he asked, sipping his drink.

"Oh.. i dont know.. what do you feel like?"

"Just..taking a walk perhaps.."

"That would be nice.." She took another sip of the red drink.

He drank the rest of his and waited for her before raising and walking out, leaving the money on the desk.

She followed him close behind. He slid a and around her waist and pulled her up beside him. When they've walked a few minutes they heard screams and yells not too long away.

"What's that?" She stiffened and stopped.

"I'm not sure..humans I guess.." Ten said, listening to the heartbeats. He started walking towards the noise.

She followed him close. Her hand on his upper arm.

It showed to be a slayer fighting against a vampire. The other slayers were dead and he didn't seem to have much more to give either. The vampire tho, had several deep cuts made of silverdaggers.

She stayed behind Ten. Not sure what to do or how to react.

Ten watched the scene for a while, then walked closer. Talking to the slayer. "Surrender and you won't be hurt." Both the slayer and the vampire stared at him. The vampire growled. "He's mine!"
Ten shrugged. "You can barely stand a minute more.. but if he kills you I will kill him."

Deidre keept close to Ten, watching the other men carefully. Smiling slightly at Tens words.

The other vampire thought for a minute but nodded and walked away, keeping a glance at the exhausted slayer. The slayer just watched Ten and Deidree warily, not dropping his weapon.

Deidre turned to the slayer. "Don't worry, He gave you his word, and none of us will break it."

Ten watched him. "That's true."

After some hesitation, the slayer dropped his dagger and raised his hands a bit. "Alright, I surrender."

Diedre smiled, what she hoped was a calming smile and looked at Ten. Eyes asking the question - And now what? She did feel a faint tingle of bloodlust but not too much, yet.. the smell of blood was sort of enoying.

"Good." Ten said. "Come here." The slayer hesitantly walked over to them and Ten grabbed his shoulder. "Well..I'm sure we'll get some use of you."

Deidre lifted an eyebrow and looked at the pale and now very worried slayer. She leaned her head to her left, looking a bit like a small bird.

"Are you working alone or in a group?" Ten asked. The slayer glanced at him. "Alone." Ten frowned. "Right. Why were you here?" The slayer glared at him. "To slay vampires of course!"

Deidre smiled and petted the slayer on his cheek. "Now, little one, don't be so grumpy.."

He glared at her. Ten watched her a bit surprised.

She just laughed and shooker her head at them.

"well..I'll let you go..but if I see you again.." Ten let go off the slayer.

Deidre just smiled and waved. "A Life for a life, slayer. A life for a life.."

The man hurried away before they changed their minds.

"He had a fire under his ass..." She smiled wryly. "Was it realy right to let him go?"

"I think so..I did say I'd lett him, so.."

"A man of your word.. i know you are, and i lover you for it Ten. I realy do.."

He just smiled, putting an arm around her. "Well..yes."

She kissed him gently. "Something tells me we should leave this place before there's a lot of men in uniforme asking about the dead people spread around this place.."

"You're right.never thought of that.." he smiled sheepishly and took her hand and left.

She just giggled and followed him.

He smiled softly to her. "Well.. had enough excitement for today?"

"It was... a good night.." She smiled. "But we better be heading home before sunrise.."

"Yes..we should.."

"Now.. eh.. where did we put the car?"

"This way.." he headed back the way they came from.

"I'm very senile for my age..." She smiled and followed him.

He laughed. "Well, it's your turn to drive."

"Well.. if you don't want too..."

He smiled. "Please drive."

They reached the car and she took the keys from him, unlocking it and sitting down at the drivers seat.

He sat next to her, kissing her slightly.

Her hand gently touched his chest during the kiss, lovingly, as if she tried to make sure he realy was there. An almost shy smile before she started the car and drove towards their cabin.

He smiled watching her and sighed happily. "Im amazed how you can make me feel so alive."

She smiled. "Now that's something to be proud over.." She stopped the car just outside the cabin and leaned over to kiss him.

He answered the kiss passionatley.

She laughed softly and stroke his cheek. "You are, by far, the best thing that ever happened to me.."

He smiled to her. "I could spend a week trying to say how much I love you."
